Questions
Do staff need to install an app?
No. LOGFYX opens in the browser at logfyx.app on any phone, tablet or desktop. Staff can add it to their home screen in a few taps, and it then opens full screen like any other app. It works on Android and iPhone.
How do people sign in?
With their email address and a PIN they set the first time. If they forget it, they can sign in with a one-time code sent to their email instead.
Can we switch on only some modules?
Yes. Each company chooses its modules. Menus, home screens and help guides only show what's switched on, and only to the roles that use them.
What happens when a check fails?
It's flagged to the site supervisor straight away, with the staff member's comment and any photos. It stays on the manager's overview as a fail until someone resolves it.
Can Police or NHVR check a fatigue stand-down?
Yes. The driver is sent a certificate with a link. Anyone with the link can confirm the rest break took place at your site. Certificates stay valid for 7 days.
