LOGFYX

Compliance doesn’t stop when the siren goes on.

Fire, ambulance, rescue and emergency management: vehicles and equipment ready before every call-out, crews fit for duty and rested, and every check on record.

Ready before the call.

Emergency services run around the clock, from stations, branches and depots that never close. Appliances, ambulances and rescue equipment have to be ready the moment a call comes in, and the people crewing them have to be fit for duty, whether they’re career staff or volunteers.

Paper checklists and whiteboards don’t keep up. A fault written on a sheet at 3 am can sit there until the next shift, and when something goes wrong it’s hard to show what was checked, by whom and when.

LOGFYX puts every check, fault, notice and record on the phone already in everyone’s pocket. Each one is signed, time-stamped and kept, so readiness is visible across every station, and the records are there when an audit, investigation or review asks for them.

Across the sector

One system for every service. Each organisation switches on the modules it needs, and people only see the ones they use.

Fire

Appliances, pumps and equipment checked at every changeover, so crews are ready to turn out.

  • Scan the QR code on an appliance to start its check, with photos of anything that fails
  • A failed item can mark the appliance out of service, and the officer in charge is told straight away
  • Faults go to the workshop as a numbered job, and the crew hears when it’s fixed
  • Station information on every phone: evacuation points, first aiders, fire wardens and shut-offs

Ambulance

Long shifts and back-to-back cases. Keep vehicles ready and fatigue in check.

  • Start-of-shift vehicle checks, so nothing is missed at handover
  • Fitness for duty and fatigue self-assessments before getting behind the wheel
  • Policies and procedures acknowledged with one signature, so you know who has read the latest version
  • Critical notices every crew must acknowledge, with a record of who has read them

Rescue

Specialist equipment that has to work every time, and people qualified to use it.

  • Risk assessments for each piece of rescue plant, flagged before they expire
  • Unsafe equipment tagged out on the spot from its QR code, and kept out of use until it’s cleared
  • A skills matrix showing who holds each licence, ticket and qualification
  • Manuals and procedures for every tool, on any phone

Emergency management

Coordinating many sites, crews and volunteers, often at short notice.

  • Send a notice to one site or every site, and see who has read and acknowledged it
  • Briefings and debriefs recorded as toolbox talks, with attendance and files
  • Contractors and visitors inducted and signed in at depots and control centres
  • Vehicle and equipment status across every site, in one view

  1. 06:45

    Fitness for Duty

Crew sign on fit for duty

Each person completes a quick self-assessment. A concern goes to the officer in charge before anyone starts.

  2. 07:00

    Prestart Check

    Appliance checked at changeover

Every item passed or failed, with photos. A fail can mark the vehicle out of service and tells the officer.

  3. 07:20

    Fault Reporting

    Fault sent to the workshop

The workshop gets a numbered job with the photos, and the crew is told when it’s resolved.

  4. 09:00

    Site Notices

A critical notice to every station

A change to a procedure goes to every site at once, and each person must acknowledge it.

  5. 18:30

    Fatigue Self-Assessment

    Checked after a long job

After a long incident, crews check how tired they are before getting behind the wheel.

  6. 19:00

    Toolbox Talks

    The debrief, on record

What was discussed, who attended and any files, kept for your reviews and audits.

Prestart Check

Check a vehicle or machine item by item: OK, fail or N/A, with photos. A fail goes straight to the supervisor, can take the asset out of service, and stays open until it's fixed.

Fitness for Duty

Staff assess their sleep, alcohol and drugs, and health before they start. Supervisors assess what they can see, with a drug and alcohol test step. A concern means no work until a supervisor clears it.

Fatigue Self-Assessment

A quick, private check of how tired you are before you get behind the wheel.

Fault Reporting

Scan the asset, describe the fault, add photos and mark it out of service if it's unsafe. The workshop gets a job number by email, and the person who reported it hears when it's fixed.

Plant Risk Assessment

Score each hazard on a piece of plant. The asset is flagged a week before its assessment expires, and again once it has.

Site Notices

Send a notice to one site or every site. Critical notices must be acknowledged, they arrive by email too, and you can see who has read them.

Toolbox Talks

Record the talk, who attended and any files, then send it to the site. Everyone acknowledges it, and every talk is kept for your audits.

Skills Matrix

See each person's licences, tickets and training in one grid, so you know who is qualified for each job.

Fleet Management

A complete fleet management system: every asset's details and registration, servicing history and schedules, collisions and repairs, fuel cards, expiry alerts, acquisition and disposal, and the total cost of owning and running it.

See it running at your stations

We’ll set up a demo with your stations, vehicles and the modules you need, then walk your officers through it.
