LOGFYX

Keeping the lights on, safely.

Power, water, gas and telecommunications: keep field crews fit for work, vehicles and plant checked, and contractors inducted, across every depot and site.

Crews spread wide, records in one place.

Power, water, gas and telecommunications crews work across huge networks, from depots, substations and treatment plants to roadside jobs hours from anywhere. Much of the work is done by contractors.

When checks, inductions and toolbox talks sit on paper in different depots, it’s hard to see whether every crew is fit for work, every vehicle checked and every contractor inducted.

LOGFYX puts every check on the phone each crew already carries, and brings the records together across every depot and site. Each one is signed, time-stamped and kept for audits and investigations.

Across your network

Switch on the modules your organisation needs. Crews, supervisors and contractors only see the ones they use.

Field crews

Crews fit for work and qualified for the job.

  • Fitness for duty before each shift, with supervisor assessments and a drug and alcohol test step
  • Fatigue self-assessments after call-outs and long days
  • A skills matrix showing who holds each licence, ticket and authorisation
  • Procedures acknowledged with one signature

Vehicles and plant

Every service vehicle, EWP and generator checked before it’s used.

  • Prestarts from each asset’s QR code, with photos of anything that fails
  • Unsafe equipment tagged out and kept out of use until it’s cleared
  • Plant risk assessments flagged before they expire
  • Faults sent to the workshop as numbered jobs

Depots and sites

Information and notices across every depot, plant and substation.

  • Site maps, PPE, shut-off points and evacuation points on every phone
  • Notices to one site or every site, with a record of who has read them
  • Toolbox talks with attendance, kept for audit
  • Vehicle and plant status across every depot

  1. 06:30

    Fitness for Duty

Crew signs on at the depot

Each person completes a quick self-assessment. A concern goes to the supervisor before anyone heads out.

  2. 06:45

    Prestart Check

    Service vehicle and EWP checked

Every item OK, fail or N/A, with photos. A fail can take the asset out of service.

  3. 07:00

    Toolbox Talks

    The job briefing, on record

The day’s hazards, who attended and any files, acknowledged by the crew.

  4. 09:30

    Contractor Management

A contractor signs in on site

Inducted before arrival, signed in by QR code, with an alert if they stay past their finish time.

  5. 13:00

    Electronic Tag-Out

    A faulty generator tagged out

Tagged on the spot from its QR code, and only an authorised person can remove the tag.

  6. 22:00

    Fatigue Self-Assessment

    Checked after a night call-out

Before driving home, the crew checks how tired they are.

Prestart Check

Check a vehicle or machine item by item: OK, fail or N/A, with photos. A fail goes straight to the supervisor, can take the asset out of service, and stays open until it's fixed.

Fitness for Duty

Staff assess their sleep, alcohol and drugs, and health before they start. Supervisors assess what they can see, with a drug and alcohol test step. A concern means no work until a supervisor clears it.

Fatigue Self-Assessment

A quick, private check of how tired you are before you get behind the wheel.

Plant Risk Assessment

Score each hazard on a piece of plant. The asset is flagged a week before its assessment expires, and again once it has.

Electronic Tag-Out

Tag out unsafe plant and equipment on the spot from its QR code. The tag shows who placed it and why, the asset can't be used while it's tagged, and only an authorised person can remove it.

Contractor Management

Book contractor visits and send inductions before they arrive. They sign in at the gate by QR code, and you're alerted if they stay past their finish time.

Fleet Management

A complete fleet management system: every asset's details and registration, servicing history and schedules, collisions and repairs, fuel cards, expiry alerts, acquisition and disposal, and the total cost of owning and running it.

Toolbox Talks

Record the talk, who attended and any files, then send it to the site. Everyone acknowledges it, and every talk is kept for your audits.

Skills Matrix

See each person's licences, tickets and training in one grid, so you know who is qualified for each job.

See it running across your network

We’ll set up a demo with your depots, assets and the modules you need, then walk your supervisors through it.
