LOGFYX

Every truck cleared. Every forklift checked.

Clear every truck at the gate, check forklifts and plant before each shift, and know who is on site, across every distribution centre.

Busy docks, clear records.

A distribution centre sees hundreds of trucks, drivers, contractors and visitors a week, and runs forklifts and plant around the clock. As a consignor or receiver, you’re part of the Chain of Responsibility too.

Gate books, paper prestarts and sign-in sheets can’t tell you who is on site right now, whether a forklift was checked this shift, or what a driver declared at the gate.

LOGFYX clears every truck through the same questions, checks every machine from its QR code and signs in everyone who comes through the gate. Each record is signed, time-stamped and ready for audit.

Across your sites

Switch on the modules each site needs. Team leaders see what’s flagged, and managers see every site at once.

Forklifts and plant

Every forklift, reach truck and piece of plant checked before it’s used.

  • Prestarts from each machine’s QR code, with photos of any fail
  • Unsafe equipment tagged out and kept out of use until it’s cleared
  • Plant risk assessments flagged before they expire
  • Faults sent to maintenance as numbered jobs

People on site

Staff, contractors and visitors, inducted and accounted for.

  • Visitors sign in on their own phone, with induction, photo and signature
  • Contractor visits booked, with inductions sent before they arrive
  • Alerts when a contractor stays past their finish time
  • Fitness for duty before each shift

Running the floor

Safety information and warehouse records in the same system.

  • Toolbox talks with attendance, acknowledged by everyone
  • Site maps, traffic management, PPE and evacuation points on every phone
  • A skills matrix showing who is licensed for each machine
  • Warehouse and inventory records linked to the people and equipment that use them

A shift with LOGFYX

  1. 05:45

    Fitness for Duty

Shift signs on fit for duty

Each person completes a quick self-assessment. A concern goes to the team leader before work starts.

  2. 06:00

    Prestart Check

    Forklifts checked before use

Each machine checked from its QR code. A fail goes straight to the team leader and can take it out of service.

  3. 06:20

    Safety Declaration

First truck cleared at the gate

The driver answers the same questions as every other driver, and signs.

  4. 08:30

    Site Visitors

    A visitor signs in

Induction, photo and signature on their own phone, and the person they’re seeing is told.

  5. 10:15

    Electronic Tag-Out

A damaged pallet jack tagged out

Tagged on the spot from its QR code, showing who placed the tag and why.

  6. 14:00

    Toolbox Talks

    Afternoon toolbox talk

What was discussed and who attended, acknowledged by everyone and kept for audit.

Safety Declaration

Clear every arriving and departing truck through the same questions: hours, mass, induction, load restraint and dangerous goods, signed by the driver.

Vehicle Weight Declaration

Record the driver's declared weights, a photo of the weighbridge docket and the mass limit scheme (GML, HML or NHVAS). Tare plus load can't go over GVM.

Prestart Check

Check a vehicle or machine item by item: OK, fail or N/A, with photos. A fail goes straight to the supervisor, can take the asset out of service, and stays open until it's fixed.

Plant Risk Assessment

Score each hazard on a piece of plant. The asset is flagged a week before its assessment expires, and again once it has.

Electronic Tag-Out

Tag out unsafe plant and equipment on the spot from its QR code. The tag shows who placed it and why, the asset can't be used while it's tagged, and only an authorised person can remove it.

Site Visitors

Visitors sign in at the gate on their own phone, with no login: induction, photo and signature, and the person they're seeing is told. They sign out with a link.

Contractor Management

Book contractor visits and send inductions before they arrive. They sign in at the gate by QR code, and you're alerted if they stay past their finish time.

Site Induction

Induct staff, contractors and visitors before they start: site rules, hazards and emergency information, signed and recorded, so you always know who has been inducted.

Warehouse and Inventory

Full stock levels across every warehouse, plus time slots for incoming drivers with bay assignments and notifications, so trucks load and unload on time without delays or congestion.
