No app store. No arguments with IT.
LOGFYX is a web app. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and your records stay with your company, not on your people's phones.
Built for the web
Why a web app works better on site
Nothing to download
LOGFYX opens in the web browser. No app store, no install, no waiting for everyone to update. Add it to the home screen and it opens like any other app.
No arguments with IT
There's no company app to approve, install or manage on work devices. If a device has a web browser, it can run LOGFYX.
Any device
Phones, tablets, laptops and office computers, Apple, Android or Windows. Staff can use the phone already in their pocket.
Your data stays your data
Records are saved to secure servers in Sydney, Australia, not stored on employee phones. When someone leaves, switch off their access and nothing goes with them.
Everyone on the latest version
Improvements reach every person the moment they're released. Nobody is stuck on an old version of a form.
Download your records any time
Managers download checks, declarations and logs for any period, ready for an audit. Records are kept for years, not trimmed.

Questions
Is a web app as good as a 'real' app?
For checks, declarations and records, yes. LOGFYX uses the phone's camera for photos and QR codes, takes signatures on screen, and can be added to the home screen so it opens full screen like any other app.
Can staff use their own phones?
Yes. There's nothing to install, so there's no company software on their phone, and their records are saved to LOGFYX, not kept on the device.
What happens to our data if someone loses their phone or leaves?
Their records are already saved to LOGFYX. Switch off their access and they can no longer sign in, from any device.
Where is our data stored, and can we get it out?
Your data is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Managers can download your records whenever they need them, and records are kept for years, not deleted after a few months.
See it running on your own sites
We'll set up a demo with your sites, your assets and the modules you need, then walk your supervisors through it.
