Contractor Management
Book contractor visits and send inductions before they arrive. They sign in at the gate by QR code, and you're alerted if they stay past their finish time.
How it works
Book the visit
Book the contractor's visit and send their induction before they arrive.
Sign in at the gate
They sign in by scanning the site's QR code, with an estimated finish time.
Alerted if they overstay
If they're still on site past their finish time, the site's supervisors are alerted. Contractors are signed out by a supervisor, never automatically.
What you get
- Inductions completed before arrival
- A help button for contractors on site
- A live register of contractors on each site
- A Site Contractor log download
Who uses it
Supervisors, planners, managers and admins manage contractors. Contractors sign in on their own phone.
More in standalone modules
Fleet Management
A complete fleet management system: every asset's details and registration, servicing history and schedules, collisions and repairs, fuel cards, expiry alerts, acquisition and disposal, and the total cost of owning and running it.
Warehouse and Inventory
Full stock levels across every warehouse, plus time slots for incoming drivers with bay assignments and notifications, so trucks load and unload on time without delays or congestion.
Site Visitors
Visitors sign in at the gate on their own phone, with no login: induction, photo and signature, and the person they're seeing is told. They sign out with a link.
Site Induction
Induct staff, contractors and visitors before they start: site rules, hazards and emergency information, signed and recorded, so you always know who has been inducted.
MSDS and Emergency Management
Every Material Safety Data Sheet kept current and updated in one place, with evacuation and emergency management plans. Emergency services scan a code on site for up-to-date information and after-hours contacts, instead of a faded photo on the wall.
See it running on your own sites
We'll set up a demo with your sites, your assets and the modules you need, then walk your supervisors through it.
