Fault Reporting
Scan the asset, describe the fault, add photos and mark it out of service if it's unsafe. The workshop gets a job number by email, and the person who reported it hears when it's fixed.
How it works
Report it from the asset
Scan the asset, choose the type of fault, describe it and add up to five photos. Mark it out of service if it's unsafe.
The workshop gets a job
The workshop at that site gets an email with a job number. The supervisor can be sent a copy too.
Acknowledged, then resolved
The workshop adds notes as it works on the job, then resolves it with a comment. The person who reported it gets an email and a notice on their home screen.
What you get
- Fault types: mechanical, technical, part replacement, service, safety and other
- A job number for every fault, per company and per month
- Taking the asset out of service is recorded against the job
- Open faults show on the asset, on Open Issues and on Asset Status
- The reporter's contact details on the job, so the workshop can ask questions
- A Fault Logs download for your audits
Who uses it
Anyone can report a fault. Workshop staff, supervisors, managers and admins acknowledge and resolve jobs.
More in checks and assessments
Prestart Check
Check a vehicle or machine item by item: OK, fail or N/A, with photos. A fail goes straight to the supervisor, can take the asset out of service, and stays open until it's fixed.
Fitness for Duty
Staff assess their sleep, alcohol and drugs, and health before they start. Supervisors assess what they can see, with a drug and alcohol test step. A concern means no work until a supervisor clears it.
Fatigue Self-Assessment
A quick, private check of how tired you are before you get behind the wheel.
Electronic Tag-Out
Tag out unsafe plant and equipment on the spot from its QR code. The tag shows who placed it and why, the asset can't be used while it's tagged, and only an authorised person can remove it.
Plant Risk Assessment
Score each hazard on a piece of plant. The asset is flagged a week before its assessment expires, and again once it has.
See it running on your own sites
We'll set up a demo with your sites, your assets and the modules you need, then walk your supervisors through it.
