Prestart Check
Check a vehicle or machine item by item: OK, fail or N/A, with photos. A fail goes straight to the supervisor, can take the asset out of service, and stays open until it's fixed.
How it works
Scan the asset
Scan the QR label on the vehicle or machine. The right checklist opens, with the odometer filled in from its last reading.
Check each item
Mark every item OK, fail or N/A. A fail needs a comment and can have photos, and the driver chooses whether to take the asset out of service.
Fails go to the supervisor
The supervisor is told straight away. The fail stays on Open Issues until someone resolves it, and resolving it can put the asset back in service.
What you get
- Checklists for vehicles, plant and anything else with a QR label
- Photos and comments on every fail
- An asset that's out of service can't have a prestart completed against it
- Progress saves as you go, so a check can be picked up again
- The home screen shows each asset as Pass, Pending or Fail for the day
- Every check signed, time-stamped and kept with the asset's history
Who uses it
Drivers and operators complete the check. Supervisors, managers and the workshop see and resolve what's flagged.

More in checks and assessments
Fitness for Duty
Staff assess their sleep, alcohol and drugs, and health before they start. Supervisors assess what they can see, with a drug and alcohol test step. A concern means no work until a supervisor clears it.
Fatigue Self-Assessment
A quick, private check of how tired you are before you get behind the wheel.
Fault Reporting
Scan the asset, describe the fault, add photos and mark it out of service if it's unsafe. The workshop gets a job number by email, and the person who reported it hears when it's fixed.
Electronic Tag-Out
Tag out unsafe plant and equipment on the spot from its QR code. The tag shows who placed it and why, the asset can't be used while it's tagged, and only an authorised person can remove it.
Plant Risk Assessment
Score each hazard on a piece of plant. The asset is flagged a week before its assessment expires, and again once it has.
See it running on your own sites
We'll set up a demo with your sites, your assets and the modules you need, then walk your supervisors through it.
