Fatigue Stand-Down
Record a driver's rest break on site with a running clock. They leave with a certificate that NHVR or Police can verify.
How it works
Start the stand-down
Record the driver, vehicle and reason, and a clock starts running.
End it when they're rested
End the stand-down when the rest is done. The time is taken from the server, not the phone.
A certificate for the driver
The driver gives their contact details and signs, and leaves with a certificate link by text or email that NHVR or Police can verify.
What you get
- A running clock, so everyone can see how long the driver has rested
- Start and end times that can't be changed
- A completed stand-down is locked
- A Fatigue Stand-Downs download for your audits
Who uses it
Site supervisors, planners and managers record stand-downs. Drivers receive the certificate.

More in driving and loading
Safety Declaration
Clear every arriving and departing truck through the same questions: hours, mass, induction, load restraint and dangerous goods, signed by the driver.
Vehicle Weight Declaration
Record the driver's declared weights, a photo of the weighbridge docket and the mass limit scheme (GML, HML or NHVAS). Tare plus load can't go over GVM.
Product Mass Verification
Send a load's expected weight to the site it's going to. They enter the weighbridge weight and see straight away whether it's within 0.5%, light or heavy, with the site's trend over the year.
Safe Driving Plan
Plan each leg of a trip with working and rest time, and send it to the transport company. They accept it or send it back with a signature, with no login, and you're reminded before it's due for review.
Vehicle Logbook
Start and end each trip from the vehicle's QR code, with odometer readings and where it's going. It warns you if the vehicle hasn't had a prestart in the last 24 hours.
Load Restraint
Work out how many straps a load needs before it leaves the yard, from the NTC Load Restraint Guide's reference table.
Load/Mass Diagrams
Diagrams showing how to place and spread a load, on hand for drivers and loaders before the truck leaves.
See it running on your own sites
We'll set up a demo with your sites, your assets and the modules you need, then walk your supervisors through it.
