Vehicle Logbook
Start and end each trip from the vehicle's QR code, with odometer readings and where it's going. It warns you if the vehicle hasn't had a prestart in the last 24 hours.
How it works
Start the trip
Scan the vehicle's QR label, choose the driver and enter the odometer and where it's going.
A warning if there's no prestart
If the vehicle hasn't had a prestart in the last 24 hours, the driver is warned before they leave.
End the trip
Enter the closing odometer. It can't be lower than the start.
What you get
- One trip at a time for each vehicle and each driver
- Out-of-service vehicles can't start a trip
- The latest odometer and who has the vehicle, for anyone in the company

Who uses it
Drivers start and end trips. Supervisors can end a trip that was left open.
