Record the driver's declared weights, a photo of the weighbridge docket and the mass limit scheme (GML, HML or NHVAS). Tare plus load can't go over GVM.
How it works
Transport details
The site, transport company, driver, prime mover and up to three trailer registrations.
Weights and the docket
Weights in whole kilograms with a photo of the weighbridge docket. Tare plus the load can't go over GVM.
Signed and sent
The mass limit scheme (GML, HML or NHVAS), the driver's signature, and an optional copy emailed to the driver.
What you get
- GVM checked against a sensible range, so typing mistakes are caught
- A red message, and no moving on, if tare plus load is over GVM
- The site supervisor is emailed each declaration
- A witness can sign if the driver can't

Who uses it
Anyone at the site can complete it with the driver. Site supervisors receive each one.
